Taipei, Taiwan - January 20, 2011 - CSP Technology Co, Ltd. (Taiwan: 3637), leader in turnkey SiP solutions, was awarded with the 2011 Taiwan Excellence Award. Despite being a first-time participant with CT48 (1Gb Nand+1Gb DDR2) and CT83 4Gb (DDR2 Stack) Memory SiP, CSP was highly recognized by the Award in demonstrating CSP's continuing endeavors in development of advanced SiP technology. In order to sustain the growth in leading innovation and excellent performance, CSP will keep driving the core engine of SiP technology, and persist in bringing a smarter life on the go.

Being aware of the trend toward integration and miniaturization of consumer electronics products, CSP devotes its efforts to advanced SiP technology in order to fulfill customer expectations. CSP has been providing a great diversity of easy-to-implement SiP solutions to make everyone's life smarter. Sam Wang, President of CSP, said, "SiP technology is crucial for future life teeming with miniaturized end-user devices. CSPwill keep developing minimizing circuits and embedded functions into a single tiny chip, and realizing a smarter life with its SiP products."

CT48, the first smallest chip entered into the global market with a size of 9x9mm, possesses a competitive advantage in space-saving, and enables multi-function to be integrated into slim electronic devices such as digital cameras, camcorders, portable media players, and the likes.

CT83, the newly developed 4-gigabit density x 32-bit data width with DDR2 SDRAM integrated, offers the features of weight and space saving that could not only realize the concept of the design of ultra slim but also deliver high performance to consumer electronics such as digital still cameras, digital single lenses reflex, Tablets and slim NB.

With outstanding experiences in SiP technology and superior marketing strategies, CSP has been successfully building up its brand in Taiwan, Japan, Korea and China, where CT48 and CT83 were obtained positive feedback. The next step for CSP is to get ready for CT49 and CT84, the new generation of DDR3 compatible products. With its SiP technology, CSP is prospecting a grand business for the foreseeable future.
